As of tomorrow , as I did at start of this year ….no alcohol. I think i went over a month without it and felt so much better with my self ..not that im an alcholic because I very rarely go out but when i do i always regret drinking the next day as I have a stinking hangover and end up eating everything :\ plus alcohol messes with my anxiety

I also must exercise everyday to feel more positve and lighten my horrible moods . And of course a few pounds lighter wouldn’t be so bad

i know we all say this but i am going to do this

Goals

   - new job
   - go back to poledancing or zumba ( once im back in work..money money )
   - be confident !!!! stop being such a wuss and do everything i want to without thinking…no i can’t ,what if i go red, what if i dont know what to say, what if i look stupid..

   - save up to live with Carlos

Today i experienced developing film for the first time and i LOVE it , it’s something i have always wanted to do and finally got to do it today. It’s so EXCITING !

I was alittle nervous at first but i got there, i think my photo’s turned out pretty well for my first time, it’s so exciting to see your own work come to life, i actually had a flutter of happiness inside this is how much i love photography ha ha.
